"Don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I had the worst experience. I have uneven extensions and it’s not even painted well. It’s splotchy and you can see through the nail. The man was very rude and my inspo pic went to waste when he told me “I wasn’t allowed to get a pattern” what the hell?"

"I've been going to Creative Nails for 10+ years so like Miss Cleo says, HEAR ME NOW. This place provides the best gel manicures & eyebrow waxes I've ever gotten. My nails grow fast, and a gel manicure from Creative Nails still looks great for me for 3 weeks because they're not afraid to push my unruly cuticles back. I have asymmetrical eyebrows that can only be made symmetrical by the talented employees of Creative Nails. As for pedicures, they're heavenly. If you like a HARD FOOT RUB, like one that squeezes the foot demons right out of you, ask for Sunny. She's also a master of not tickling my really ticklish feet. (She'll go lighter if you ask her to, so if you're a weenie don't be afraid, she won't kill you.) And finally, I'm not the most regular client. So hear this too. I have a high-risk health condition, and was in complete isolation for 401 days because of the pandemic. I didn't go anywhere until one month after I was vaccinated. After seeing my dad on his birthday, my first stop was Creative Nails to fix the Eugene Levy situation happening on my forehead. When I showed up at the salon, the staff GASPED and were THRILLED to see me. I was thrilled to see them & that they'd survived what had to be a rough time economically. Yuna made a point of telling me that Andy (her business partner) had wondered aloud several times during that time period if I was okay given my high risk for dying from COVID. You can't tell me there's another salon that thinks about you during a pandemic & gives you a hero's welcome for coming in even though you really only show up every 3 weeks for an eyebrow wax. If you don't care about staff knowing your name, fine. Just go because you'll walk out looking like a glamour queen (and if Sunny rubs your feet, like you're walking on air)."

"The shop is clean and although Winnie has had quite enough of Covid-19, Yuna and her staff have gone above and beyond state and local requirements to keep their clients safe. I am not a regular, but I'm always greeted by name and have never had anything but a stellar experience here. Two thumbs up."
