"I have been taking my dog here for 2 years. I really love that they truly care about your pet. They always call and check on your pet after visits and usually will get you in quickly for serious matters! The only thing I would change is I would like to be able to go to the back with my pet, I wish they did visits in the exam rooms rather than taking my pet out of view."

"My mom's cat has been in severe distress ever since getting a biopsy here, and after calling multiple times over the past 3 days to ask for either biopsy results or at least suggestions/assistance in managing the cats current extremely concerning symptoms (lack of eating, excessive bleeding, etc) and have been ignored and even hung up on. Results have been back from the lab for 2 days at this point with zero communication and the cats state is rapidly declining, which has been clearly communicated when contact is attempted. I understand there are sometimes complications with biopsies and my issue is not with that but with the complete lack of support, communication, and care coming from this office with such a time sensitive matter."

"The receptionist was rude from the time we walked in the door. Tried to ignore. Doctors were ok but I then went back to reception. Had a 2-3 minute conversation and before I even got the appointment had paid $80 deposit. In the 3 minutes after the appointment was done I was chatting to reception about follow-up they at no time asked me for additional payment and never brought it up. When conversation was over I stood there for another minute waiting for my boyfriend to gather the cat. We stood another few seconds to let other people by and then stood outside for an additional period to wait for a cab. I get a call saying I never I paid long after I got home. I told them when they called reception never asked for payment. Not sure how long they expected me to wait but reception said bye to me and I said bye back. Why say bye if I need to stay. They never answered my questions and effectively told me to leave by saying goodbye. 1000% their fault and then had the audacity to call and accuse me of not paying. Don’t say bye if you are not done. Never been there before and at no time did you address to me whatever procedures you needed and absolutely dismissed me so yes I left!"

"We had a great experience with our 14 year old blind dog who is typically anxious. We were able to be seen within a few hours of calling to make the appointment for an ear infection. The waiting area was clean and very spacious. Both the vet tech and doctor that we spoke with were knowledgeable and calm. They carefully explained the situation and treatment options. Our dog was treated quickly and was happy and feeling better that afternoon."

"Always feel they care about my animals! They are considerate, competitively prices and knowledgeable. They also managed to get us an appointment on short notice. The picture is of our dog, she is muzzled not because she is aggressive but because she has the potential to cause damage."
