"Always great service and best care of my animals. Answer all my questions even when I ask several times. Caring assistants as well"
"Dr. Gadino is the best! Not only is he knowledgable and professional, he truly cares about his patients and has patience with their humans. My dog has had multiple challenges this past year and Dr. Gadino has been absolutely wonderful. The office staff and techs are also very pleasant and helpful."
"Clueless as to why this place was recommended to me. Bc the staff and the Dr are "nice?" Every veterinarian I've ever met is nice. I'd rather have one NOT as nice who actually calls me back after the 2nd unreturned phone call regarding my elderly dog's bloodwork so I can get her better asap. Instead, they claimed to have "misplaced" her sample, offering to redraw her blood gratis. I declined, requesting instead a return call from Dr. Gadino. 3 days later, he left a message saying that her labs were abnormal (I thought her sample was misplaced??) I returned the call asking for him to call me with info on the meds she needs. 10 days later, I'm still waiting. But rest assured, they'll take your money before you set foot in the door. Not worth it. Keep your "nice" staff and give me a competent, caring one any day instead. So bummed the wonderful Dr. Ahn at Orangetown shut down. The search for an equally caring and competent vet continues. EDIT: sick of waiting for days and days, I had to physically show up at their office and ask for my dog's records in person."
"Our dog Tucker was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease about 5 years ago. Dr. Gadino diagnosed it quickly and has helped us manage it well over the past 5 years. He also was quick to diagnose Masticatory Myositis which also helped to save our dog. He is an excellent diagnostician and very compassionate and friendly when we go. I can’t say enough about him and the office."
"This place was a huge let down. I have a mastiff with Addisons disease and on a Facebook group about lowering steroid protocol a vet from here was recommended. Well, the vet knew such little about addisons he was literally reading from the veterinary guidebook in front of me about the disease. He was saying things like “let’s read it together”. As if I wouldn’t have done my research already on the disease changing my dog’s life. I proceeded to ask for blood work since I was already there and in order to lower steroids I have to make sure everything is in check. The hospital is not only over priced no one ever bothered to call me to discuss the blood results. Huge disappointment and if you do have a dog with Addison’s being treated there I would double check they aren’t getting more steroids than needed and ask around prices at different vets. The zycortal shot there would have been double what I pay at my vet now."
