"Here is the problem I have with this place.... I stopped going there about a year ago because the previous owners not only did a bad job but I would make an appointment and be left there to wait for up to 30 minutes. Well, I just started going back there a couple weeks ago to give it another shot since there are different staff now. Mandy did such a great job on my nails, so I made my next appointment with her. I come in and tell them I have an appointment with Mandy and they ask me to sit. The woman next to me waiting tells me she had an appointment with Mandy 45 minutes ago and she was still waiting. I wasn't going to wait for Mandy so I let another girl do my nails. I dont know if she is new or what, but she was filing and picking at my nails like they needed to be 110% perfection. To the point where my appointment took 2 hours. FOR A FILL!!! I was late to where I needed to go, I even got a parking ticket. 2 hours is UNACCEPTABLE to fill someone's nails. No design, just plain gel polish. I told her twice I had to go after she put the nail dryer on for 2 minutes a SECOND TIME. It was unreal. So beware. They don't honor appointments, they let people walk in and make the appointments wait and unless you want to waste 2 hours of your evening, I would recommend going somewhere else. 2 stars since at least they came out good."
"Got my nails done a week ago (gel with design) were very nice and price was cheap but most have broken off after just one week. Not worth spending money on it. Update: had to cut my nails because they were breaking, was moving something and my nail which was already cut down to the stub chipped in half and started bleeding. Keeps getting caught. I got my nails done hoping that they would last at least two weeks until my vacation didn’t even last a week. Never going back here"
