"Took a chance on taking my two boys (2&4) to Cost Cutters in Agawam and we absolutely love Steph!! She makes them feel so comfortable and their hair comes out perfect every time. She has been the only hairdresser the kids have been back to for multiple cuts and we just think she's awesome! Besides the animal covered capes she let's them wear (they love them), she also ends with offering each one a lollipop and that's their favorite part!"
