"I made the switch to South Putnam Animal Hospital right at the beginning of the pandemic due to a terrible experience at my former veterinary practice, where we had been going for over 11 years. Fortunately, finding the Vets and staff at South Putnam has been a game-changer. They are not only kind and understanding but also extremely thorough, showing genuine care for the well-being of my precious dogs and, surprisingly, for me too! The contrast between the two experiences is like night and day. I hadn't realized what I was missing out on until now. Every question I have is taken seriously, and they are remarkably attentive to my concerns. Our dog Daisy had been terrified of the vet since her first well visit after adoption. She required high levels of medication to bring her in for check-ups, and the situation only worsened with each visit. Since switching to South Putnam and working with the dedicated doctors and vet tech staff, Daisy no longer needs medication or a muzzle. Although she still doesn't love going to the vet, it's no longer the traumatic experience it used to be. The positive change in Daisy's demeanor is a testament to the compassionate care provided by the team at South Putnam Animal Hospital. Additionally, my old boy Duke has received exceptional senior care at South Putnam, allowing him to remain spry and able to enjoy daily hikes. I highly recommend South Putnam Animal Hospital for anyone who loves their 'fur kids', as the level of care and attention they provide is truly exceptional."
