"I take my son to this place for his haircuts. Today 11/12, we had very bad experience. It seems those ladies had no interest in working. After arriving I told them details about my son account and yet they couldn’t find his notes. After insisting to look again they found it but they felt bad about me asking again. Then that lady simply ignored the instructions and butchered his hairs and didn’t even care to ask me or my son if he like it. All the time they were gossiping with no interest in customer needs. They don’t even care or know how a person will look with bad haircut. I guess they don’t need our business."
