"It was my first time receiving services and it will definitely be my last. There was one woman that was really rude and argumentative. I brought a photo of the design I wanted and the woman invited me to explain the design but then would abruptly tell me to stop talking because she need to absorb what I was saying; then she would ask me to continue then rudely tell me to stop talking again. After the second time I told her she wasn’t going to continue talk to me in that manner and that I was not going to stop talking until I was done. After all she was the one that asked me the question to begin with. Throughout my interaction with this woman she was not helpful and was annoyed when I asked questions about the designs or the availability of the colors I needed. I had this gut feeling that I wasn’t spending enough money and so she felt she had “bigger fish to fry.” Because from the time I walked in the shop they were trying to add on services. I get it- that’s a goal of every business but for someone to be rude to a customer who did not engage with you in a rude or unreasonable manner? Something‘s not adding up and leads me to think that the saltiness is because I’m not getting fake nails, eyebrows, etc in one sitting. I will never ever, ever, ever, ever step foot in this shop. There are too many businesses that would gladly take my money and treat me with the respect I deserve. I work too hard for my money."
