"I debated posting this review because I'm not confrontational at all but my experience was kind of upsetting. I showed multiple pictures of my desired hair length and made sure to specify that the I wanted the back of my head to have a trim. My barber chopped off an inch and a half of hair, I should have stopped them right there but I didnt. I expressly showed images of a length to my mid ear and the barber chopped most of my hair off. The only reason this isnt a one star is because my hair is at least presentable but that is still almost a full year of hair growth down the drain. I get that dudes traditionally have shorter hair but I was planning on growing my hair out into a style I wanted which is now impossible to due the nearly completely shaved sides. For the love of god trim means trim not go wild and cut off nearly 60% of my hair that I spent time and money on growing. If you plan on going here make sure you drill it into your barbers head what you exactly want REPEATEDLY."

I started my appointment with a consultation with Ann, who asked me about my skin concerns and goals for the facial. She then customized the treatment to my individual needs. The facial itself was very relaxing and invigorating. Ann used a variety of products and techniques to cleanse, exfoliate, massage, and moisturize my skin. I felt my skin becoming softer, smoother, and more radiant as the treatment went on. At the end of the facial, Ann applied a mask to my face and gave me a hand and feet massage. I felt completely relaxed and pampered by the end of my appointment."
