"It was a horrible experience. Everyone at the place is either sad or mad or snotty. They don’t speak to you , don’t even try to be nice. My 6 year old was getting a manicure and she moved her body few times , and the woman gave her nasty looks. She’s 6 years old for goodness sake! Also every time I go they never charge or know the right amount to charge you. Last time they overcharged me and this time they didn’t charge enough so had to come back and say I have to pay more. The woman asked me to pay her and she just stood there looking at me not telling me how much. Finally when I asked , she didn’t know and had to go to another person to ask. I feel as if they make the prices up. I gave a lower tip bc of the terrible service and they didn’t even say thank you but instead talked smack in Spanish. I do understand some of it. They didn’t even hide the fact! Sorry but I’m paying 95$ for few services for which the material probably costs like 4$- , pay your employees more so I don’t have to support all their wages. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never go back again. There are so many places that have pleasant and friendly employees , they should learn to at least pretend."

After reviewing the website we ultimately chose to get the UV gel extensions for $60 (as the website clearly stated). When we arrived the service was good and they took us immediately even though they were busy and we were fairly early. They got all of our nails done in close to three hours and I hadn’t yet seen my nails but were told they look fantastic by another tech sitting in and watching however, things took a turn for the worse when we headed to the register i was then charged $90 ($30 more then intended) not to mention the fact that they were lopsided, completely wrong shape (i asked for coffin), curved at the top and quite uneven/lumpy. Would not go back and would strongly urge others not to aswell."

"Gaby did so well on my nails! I’ve been going there a little while she always does well. But this last time literally knocked it out of the park. I’m very picky and she did AMAZING! The shape, color, design, rhinestone, thickness LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I changed my mind a couple times and she didn’t get annoyed still smiled. Can’t wait for next time! Pictures don’t do them justice!!"

"Took three little girls in for gel manicures. Called the night before for pricing. Was specifically told 10$ plus 8$ for gel. She tried charging me 90$!!! I said something and after some arguing on my part she agreed to give me the set price. Won’t be coming back though. Trying to take advantage of the customer. Definitely not good business!!!"

"Excellent! Have been.going since last summer. One of the many things I love is their consistency!! Same high level of service every time! One thing I noticed about other salons is they take their long term customers for granted and start to skimp on their services. Victoria's is consistent. The girls are super nice. The salon is clean and they do a fabulous job!!"
