"I’m very self conscious of my stubby fingers and especially my clubbed thumb. I came in a few weeks ago to get my first ever set of GelX extensions, and immediately was comforted by Cristina who guided me through the process and could empathize, bc she also had clubbed thumbs! Being new to extensions, I messed with my nails and came in a few weeks later to get a new set. Cristina again was so helpful and paid really close attention to what I wanted and made me feel so at ease! Plus she’s just fun to talk to. I have loved coming here. Everyone’s so friendly, the dogs are absolutely adorable, and I feel like I’m in a movie! I see what the other reviews are saying about there being a lot of chatting, but as an extrovert, I really enjoy the social environment."

"I loved the way my nails came out, but one important thing that people need to realize is that being PROFESSIONAL is most important when entering a business. Once I came in I was only greeted by one older women, the rest of the team were rude and acted as though they didn’t understand that I wanted to remove what I had and get a full set. They had a girl with little experience doing my nails. I lasted 3 hours here and it was a mess, employees and gossiping all around."

"I came here and had Morgan as my nail tech. She is so talented and personable! She did an amazing job at creating the vision I had in mind. My nails are absolutely perfect and I would 100% recommend going to her. I will definitely be back. The space was also super clean pretty and everyone in there were very friendly. "I recently moved to the area and have been searching for a quality salon. I am very particular about how I like my nails and am cautious trying new places, Tnailroom has exceeded my standard! I booked an appointment online and as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. While I waited for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to have an extended greeting by two of the friendliest dogs ever! I did not mind waiting a little longer than my scheduled appointment time, especially with some pups to keep company. Everything was hygienic, even with puppies saying hello to other guests! These workers are definitely not run of the mill, they are nail technicians who ask the proper questions in order to give you the best service. My nail tech, Kayla, did a wonderful job! Pretty standard pricing, I paid $85 for a full acrylic set with gel polish (including the tip). As a customer, it seems as if the employees enjoy working here, which is a big green flag to me! I will certainly be coming back!"
