"We absolutely love Easthampton Animal Hospital, especially Dr.Losert and her amazing team! We have been going here for our pup Finley ever since he was a little puppy! It’s now been almost 3 years of him going here and we couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else. Finley has always been the dog to get sick or have something wrong quite often and EAH is always quick to fit us in and figure out what’s wrong. As Finley has gotten older he’s gotten more selective of people, and has begun resource guarding behaviors. Despite those issues he is still able to go to the vets and have a positive experience. Thank you again Easthampton Animal Hospital!!"

"This place seems to be so corporate-value-captured and I'm really surprised the vets are ok with working at a place like this. First of all, when you become a patient, you're essentially being told that you're not allowed to write negative reviews or they might stop seeing you as patient. This is such an abhorrent speech suppression that I'm just disgusted by this place. (And how is this legal??) So given how hard it is to find vets in this area, you should take the average rating here with a BIG grain of salt, because negative reviews are being actively suppressed (see older reviews for further reports of this). The doctors are also extremely scared (aka biased) of bully breeds. I once came with my dog having an exposed quick, and when the vet wanted to touch it my dog growled for 5 milliseconds. The doctor shrieked in fear (which was bizarre), put on muzzle (fair enough, she doesn't know my dog), and told us to drug him with 8 pills everytime we bring him. She also put into his file that he has aggression problems lol. By comparison, at VESH and vca we're constantly being told that our dog is one of the sweetest, and our dog is always so excited to go to the vet. The bets also seem kind of lazy? For example every vet I've ever been to makes an effort to establish trust with the new dog, get down on the floor to the dog's level, cuddle, give treats. The vet here couldn't care less about this and put the dog on this ridiculous elevator platform which I'm sure freaks out 70% of dogs. You're already scared of the vet, and then they put you on what to dogs looks like a creepy flying table. Anyways, I'm really really not a fan of this place and think the vets who work here should really reconsider whether their values align with the ones of this cooperation."

"Above and Beyond. From the time you enter the building to the time you leave, you are treated well and they genuinely care for your pets. My German Shepherd is a very anxious girl and they ALWAYS take the time to get her comfortable, give consistent praise to the strides she makes in becoming comfortable with the staff. My girl has been having a few health issues the past few months and they always make time for her, even if it means I leave her in their care for the day and they fit her in around appointments. They have never recommended anything that has seemed unnecessary. They also have respected all decisions I’ve decided to make, and advise on the best way to navigate her health based on those decisions. I also have 2 cats that are clients here and they have handled them exceptionally well also. Especially when one of them needed a special surgery due to a birth defect. Amazing.
