"I will NEVER be going to this nail salon again. I rarely get my nails done, MAYBE once a year, and I wanted to try a new place. I was with Michelle, who was nice, but unfortunately not only didn’t do what I asked for AT ALL, and the quality of the work done is horrendous. I asked for the green sparkles all over my nail, with a THIN LINE French tip on top, with maybe some snowfalls for Christmas. She completely disregarded what I asked for, and when I tried to correct her she would cut me off and say “Okay, okay…” and then go right back to what she was doing. On top of that, the tips are bubbly and do not look natural at all, when natural is what I wanted since I’m not used to having tips. The nails are SO THICK! Then, she said it was $80 w/o tip for the service and then charged me $90. I was so upset that I was crying by the time I got to my car. Now I’ll either have to wait for them to all come off or have another place just remove them altogether."

"Where shall I begin.. Went with a friend for pedi’s expecting to sit and chat while having a relaxing treatment. We had appointments so were seated promptly. The $30 treatment was essentially a nail cutting and polish. I pointed out to the “tech” that my heels were very rough and he rubbed a bit more with the exfoliating tool and offered me the up charge of callus remover. I declined. I then had a 30 second scrub followed by a 30 second application of lotion. No leg massage. No chair massage while drying. No check-in on my polish, no removal of the toe separators. Other than the polish, it was basically self-service. And, just as I sat to dry my nails, I was asked to “pay now.”. I declined this as well as my friend was still in the spa chair. Needless to say, VERY dissatisfied and will NOT be returning."

"Wow! I chose this salon after seeing the 4.4 star rating. It was so far from that. My friend and I went for pedicures. Truly it was the quickest pedicure I have ever experienced in my life. Feet were not even allowed to soak. Heels and feet were barely exfoliated. Scrub and lotion were placed on legs but so quickly removed that the lotion couldn’t even be absorbed. Polish applied and then told to sit under the lamp. Not once were we checked on. No shoulder rub. Nothing. The salon wasn’t busy at all. We applied our own quick dry, stayed seated for a few minutes more. Of course, when we got up and were ready to pay, my person quickly came to the register. $30! What?! I couldn’t believe that lack of a pedicure cost $31.94 with tax! My recommendation…find another salon, or pay yourself $30 and paint your own toe nails."

"My fingers have truly never hurt so bad after a manicure. Coco completely cut my cuticles by filing and buffing to the point my fingers were bleeding and are raw. It’s been 3 days and still hurt. The manicure looks great, but not worth the pain."

"I had Anny as my nail technician, and she did a great job. I got acrylics with dip powder, and they turned out beautiful. I also added stickers on them, and she did so well with my nails overall. Their prices are great compared to other salons i’ve been to, so i definitely recommend this place."
