"Will not recommend this place at all. When I posted my review about the bad service and the response I got, I was met with hostility and defensive behavior from the stylist. The owner was nicer. The "I have so many years of experience" was thrown around. Does that mean that after all these years of experience you still can't get it right? My hair was colored twice in the same sitting because it did not take color. I was told that it was because of my hair being virgin hair. But the color I got in the end was not even the color I asked for and I told this to the stylist and she said nothing about fixing my color. Just shrugged. I even made a phone call to them before posting a review. I have never had an experience like this before. She kept mentioning her years of experience. I found my old fav hair stylist who had moved and she told me that virgin hair takes on color much faster than hair that has been chemically altered in the past. I removed the old back and forth messages from this shop because it was all too ugly but my hair stylist advised me to leave it there so everyone can see how they are. So here is the short version. Lots of Kelly reviews appeared in a matter of days too. Maybe you just don't know how to do my kind of hair. It's okay to admit that and I am fine with it. Just have to be nicer. You do not have to be rude to a paying customer."

She has done my perms from years ago, to my ever changing colors, and everything in between.
