"Arrived at 4:25pm on Christmas Eve- “OPEN” sign was lit. I walked in and the woman shouted “ sorry mommy we closed. I told her the sign said “ open”. She didn’t offer to take me so I left. After leaving, I noticed an employee turned off the sign- should of been done that! I made the mistake of returning here. Nayelli is RUDE! She should learn to communicate with ALL customers. I even asked someone to translate for me but she didn’t wanna hear what I had to say in her language -VERY unprofessional. I wasn’t even mad at her. Good thing I had the experience in maturity to take the high road. She will never do my hair again. Whoever the owner it- she She review the video footage for behaviors, other than stealing."

"DO NOT waste your time. This was really nice and friendly place YEARS AGO. Had good stylists with better personalities. Took almost 5 hours for a wash, set and pin curl and they have the attitudes. Lol Try the other Dominican stylist right up the road ”HILDARIS”"

"The older woman washed, blow dried, and cut my hair. The cut looks ok but she is very heavy handed. I had to tell her she was burning my scalp with the blow dryer. She is very careless about how she holds the blowdryer and flat iron. Never again! Edit: decided to go back to the first girl that did my hair. She too was just as rough as the older woman."

"I called around 11am to get my hair done on a Sunday and the hair dresser told me she accepts her last client at 3:30pm. My mom from out of town and I got myself and my 19 month old son ready - GOT ON THE BUS ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN by 2:25pm ONLY FOR A WASH AND SET AND THE HAIR DRESSER RAN TO THE DOOR TO TELL ME SORRY WE ARE CLOSED ! It was 87 degrees outside - poor professionalism and poor service. She could have had the decency since I was already there to take me."
