"A lovely late lunch midweek with just a few people dining. Needed some high quality seafood so this was a destination stop. Clam chowder was very unique and extremely delicious, really hit the spot. Everything else we ordered was fresh and satisfying. Fancy yet approachable place with great booze options, as well."

"Dropped by the Hourly Oyster House for a late lunch to warm the belly on a flurry filled afternoon. Clam chowder was the aim, but couldn't resist a good ole fashioned east coast lobster roll. Both were very good. Ambiance was cool, modern industrial with a splash of additional cool, paying homage to all things seaworthy. The staff was very attentive and friendly, something that seems to be missing from most restaurants these days. Looking forward to another visit."

"Uncompelled to add to the litany of praises this establishment has received since opening, I'd gladly say that while I've never bothered to try their mains, sides, and whatever distractions, I truly love their raw bar and beverage options. Fresh, good, priced well and an atmosphere worth visiting. Why 4 stars? This might seem snobbish but I'd love my clams to be shucked better and not macerated every single time I order them. BUT whatever, I love this place. Cheers!"

"Prompt and friendly service! Great atmosphere and reasonably priced. One of the better lobster rolls I had around Boston. Their menu also shows options in case you have dietary restrictions. Would definitely recommend stopping by!"

"We had a fantastic time. The service was a bit odd with food coming out at random times but I think they were understaffed. Honestly the oysters were not the best and I almost didn’t have any for two reasons - they brought them last and I just didn’t love them. However my son even though stating they were average ate them all so I was glad about that. I liked the lobster roll ♥️ Clam chowder was very good ❤️ I would go back again and give it it a try when I have another chance."
