"Please avoid the pool at this location. I took my 3 children for a swim in it, and not only did all 3 of them end up with pink eye, two of them ended up with painful rashes... And one was vomiting. All within 48 hours of swimming here."

"Very clean place! Friendly and caring staff! And reasonable prices. My son and his girlfriend came home from the NAVY to visit and I could not have chosen a better hotel, as its close to stores, 7/11, restaurants, gas station and the 495. The kids really like the place!"

"Hotel was nice with the exception of service at breakfast. The girl in charge of breakfast treated the homeless coming in for breakfast better than the paying guests."

"Ever since the new manager took over a few months ago, Caterina, the customer service here has unfortunately taken a hit. This property no longer recognizes status and does not try to accommodate any needs you might have such as checking in or out early or late. It was like pulling teeth to check out 30 minutes late during our last stay. The bathroom in the lobby used to have a physical key you could retreive from the front desk but was recently switched to be accessable by room key only. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel early after a long car drive, I was told to use the bathroom at a gas station down the street by Dawn because we had not checked in yet and house keeping who had the only master key was not on site yet. Therefore, a loyal paying customer could not use the hotel lobby bathroom. I dont understand why this was changed. If I had a room key, I would use the bathroom in my room. Please find a better solution to this issue for future customers. My husband and I cancelled our reservation and will not be coming back to this property, which we used to regularly stay at for business and family trips to the area. It is a shame because the rooms are nice and the location is good, but as I mentioned customer service is no longer priortity since new management came in."

"This was a great stay I think. The service was awesome and they have bagel bites in the mini store. The bed was a little firm, but there were no bugs and the room was really clean. The only issue I have is the AC wall mount is a little tricky to figure out at first, but after I discovered the trick it became freezing in my room. I’d definitely stay here again! The location was actually pretty good for this stay. I was next to the highway (easy to leave early) and there are plenty of restaurants around. Also if you can’t find a spot in the Marriott parking lot just park in the back lot of the hotel next door. No one cares."
