"Have been here several times and usually its ok but not outstanding. Today was not good at all. They were absolutely mobbed. I had an appointment and was seated timely but the pedicurist was working so fast. I felt out of breath watching her run around. It was absolutely not a relaxing experience. After my pedicure which unfortunately was really subpar, I was brought to the dryers rather than a manicure chair and she told me to wait a little bit. After 15 minutes of drying I paid and left. Very happy to see businesses succeeding but if you shouldn’t take more appointments than your quality suffers."

"I've been coming here for years and it really is the best salon ever. I drive 20 minutes to come here and It's so worth it! The salon is owned by Trumbull husband and wife. All the staff are wonderful and Jojo (owner) always ensures all of her customers are happy before they leave! They have gone over and above taking precautions for sanitation due to COVID-19 and I always feel safe here! I highly recommend JJ Nails!"
