"While the staff was overall nice, we almost felt as if we were a burden being there. We felt rushed out because they had a lobby full of customers waiting for their hair to get done so we didn't have a good look at our son's hair before we left. Upon getting home we saw how bad our son's haircut was. The front and back were both crooked. We thought about returning to ask them to fix it but it was so bad we were scared it would get messed up even more. Also the lady cutting our daughter's hair had a cut on her finger so we felt like there was a lack of effort put into doing her hair."
