"I wanted to send my girlfriend to get a manicure and read reviews and found that this place was rated very highly. After being there for around 2 hours, her hands were finally “complete”, with three nails still wet and 2 others totally bubbled up and not done properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After not only this situation but hearing other horror stories following it. My mother getting a pedicure and they ended up cutting a large part of her skin around her big toe off and saying o no problem it ok, while making comments in their native language to each other. Yea do not waste your money or time here."

"Was not a good experience after having a gel fill with someone who did not know how to do nails! And kept having to be coached the following day 3 of the nails broke and one doesn’t even match the rest of my set I will not be going back."

"I came here because the reviews topped everyone by a lot. Needless to say I was disappointed My cuticles are literally bleeding as we speak. She went so hard repeatedly over my cuticles with a buffer for a solid 15 to 20 minutes. I really don't know how you wouldn't realize that your le wearing down my cuticles. They didn't start to bleed until today, after washing my hands, but they hurt immediately. I'm a bartender and this will be a huge problem for me this weekend. She convinced me to take off my acrylics and do dip powder which i was reluctant to do, but she promised she could do my designs on the dip and claimed the uv gel was bad for my nails and tearing them up, so i said okay. She then wouldn't listen or follow my instructions on shape or details. I asked for round with a slightly squared off end (squoval) and she gave me a straight square, and filed down half my nails to do so as they were round making it impossible to correct without losing half my nail. After the color was on she made a weak attempt at a star in the wrong color after I repeatedly tried to clarify i wanted gold and silver, not black, for the star itself. It was a blob so I asked for something else and she was acting very irritated as if I was keeping her. I'd barely said anything and was very cordial as I really enjoy my nails and have the utmost respect for artists, as I'm in the field of service myself. It really bothered me that she copped an attitude after she'd convinced me to do the extra stuff, and I didn't like the design which again should have been obvious. It looked nothing like the picture, esp since she'd filed my nails down aggressively and misshapen them. She sorely put on some stickers we landed on after it became clear she wasn't capable of the detail I was requesting. The stickers were uneven and then she put about 3 coats of top on and made me sit with my hands in the UV 3x over Not worth the dip, not worth the hassle, and not worth the bloody cuticles. The attitudes sucked and they were clearly rushing me out despite there being 7 workers and 3 customers the whole entire 1.5hours I was there. Will never return and very unhappy.
