"I had a great experience. Manicurist kept checking in to ensure I was happy with cuticle and nail length and shape. One drawback, no massage chairs, but a regular pedicure included hot stones massage too!"

"I used to really like it here, but I stopped going because every time I came in for my appointment I was shuffled around like I was problem and wasting everyone's time. I made the mistake of trying to come back here and get my nails done this morning. No less than 3 people worked on my nails the last two times I came in. After I tipped one of the women who did part of my manicure, she told me to get up (while my pedicure was still wet) and pick a different polish. Why keep polishes on the shelves that are too dry to use? I bring a different polish back and then the owner finished my manicure. I paid the same as everyone else so I should be treated with the same courtesy."

"My favorite place to get my nails done, and I’ve tried most in Ridgefield. Such a pleasant experience; everyone is very kind and they seem happy. Rosie is the best - so happy to see me when I walk in, like I’m an old friend. The quality of their work is impeccable; they will do whatever you ask for! Highly recommend."

"Used to be a nice experience, now it’s just terrible. I’ve been seeing the same person since I started going a few months back (she’s still great, but it’s the way that the business is run that I do not enjoy). She’s usually very busy, so for my most recent experience they had someone else start my service, which is common. But this other woman ruined my nails. She took them down so short, and they were crooked and uneven. It looked like she chewed on all of my nails. About 40 minutes goes by, and I finally ask when the person who I booked my appointment with would be ready for me, because they had her doing another manicure on someone who was having a pedicure at the same time. They said “did you have an appointment with her” and I told them I did, it was an 11am. By then it was around 11:40. They said “you should’ve told us” which I did when I checked in. It took the woman 40 minutes to remove my gel and shape my nails, before she was ready to begin putting the polish on. By then, I was so upset and ready to leave, and the person who usually does my nails had to fix everything the other woman had done. My nails were so short and brittle. Management never rectified the situation."

"Great spot for a terrific ombre dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. These ladies are fast, yet they do an absolutely spectacular and thorough job. After a few terrible experiences in other salons, I have finally found my "place". Highly recommend."
