"I have been taking my elderly mother with declining health, which includes cognitive decline among other issues, there for years without any issues. My mother always liked the way Robin did her hair, and she always agreed to wear a mask while working on my mother, who also agrees to wear a mask. Today she refused to wear one, even when I told her I could give her one to wear I did complain to the owner, who said she would ask Robin about it. I know masks are a bone of contention, but this is about our comfort level. We should have been told ahead of time that she would no longer take our request . Not at the appointment. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Already found a nice, salon that took our request."
