"Hotel is not bad an the staff do work with you an talk with you it goes all the way down to the cleaning staff good energy an very respectful I see the only thing wrong is there some people who doesn't know what nice, good, clean & respect is because some of the people sent here act like they be better off some where. Where' the stuff act an treat u like ($@@_) they show no respect for things in the room let alone help keep it clean"

"Definitely is a Shelter, I Asked Simple Question About Prices or Past prices & the Attendant Stood Quiet. No Prices Online. VERY SUSPICIOUS! and oddly they have no prices for next weeks booking. You can't book online. It only says call to Reserve. no matter what date u give them, they say there's no Vacancy. BEWARE GUYS!"

"This is not a hotel,it is a city shelter.Too bad,because I had out of town visitors that I wanted near to my house and public transportation to stay there and was shock to learn they had no vacancies until sometime in 2018. When I called for reservations I was told the place was completely filled,however the parking lot was completely empty. I stayed in the parking lot for about 30 minutes and noticed families with groceries and laundry coming and going.Would have been nice to have bonefide hotel nearby,and not a city shelter or hot sheets place"

"We stayed here in April (coming from Toronto, Canada) and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and tidy. It's a great location, you can just leave your car at the parking lot and go shopping in the many stores close by. This is definetly where we will be going every time we go to New York. We recommend it to everyone."
