"While the food and atmosphere was great, the service was slow and it felt like they forgot we were there! Got menus, waiter came back to take our food order while half of our table haven’t order drinks yet, food took a long time and had to get the waiter’s attention to get refills on our drinks. Waiter didn’t come to check how everything was until we were almost done. Were never offered dessert or coffee. Very disappointed for a restaurant in New Canaan especially when we were celebrating a birthday. Coming from someone who worked in hospitality, I don’t think they’ll be around for long."
"Too cold to eat outside where the atmosphere is nicer. Inside is a little stark. But the food, especially Lomo Saltado, is excellent and the service professional and friendly."
"Top Quality Authentic Peruvian Food! Super flavorful & cooked to perfection. I love the savory flavors one gets with just one bite! I highly recommend this Peruvian Restaurant. Prices are super reasonable & not expensive at all. People who are saying it’s expensive clearly don’t eat at high end restaurants because this is nothing compared to an Italian or French restaurant. The staff here are super friendly. When they’re under staffed the food may take a little while but I come here for amazing food served properly not fast."
"Stopped in for a bite after an evening visit to Grace Farms. Friendly welcome although the place was 95% empty on a cold winter night. We both had the hearty Peruvian chicken soup, quite salty but good for a winter night. I had the salmon burger, and my husband had the beef burger, he liked his more than I liked mine. Prices are kind of high, but it is a wealthy community. The bread was delicious."
