"When you can get thru the phone chain, the pharmacy department staff can be helpful. However they repeatedly fail to follow Dr. Instructions on prescriptions. We have a specific generic manufacturer noted & the incorrect is always used. Evidently the instructions are not readily visible to the person filling prescriptions. Why ? The curbside delivery is terrible."

"They repeatedly get prescriptions wrong. Nothing is ready on time and the doctor is typically blamed. I have to repeatedly call and come to the pharmacy to get prescriptions refilled that are supposed to be filled monthly. Its fine to screw up once in a while but this happens monthly."
