"The food is good here. The atmosphere is kind of ok. Nothing special. Service was a little difficult as the waiter didn't understand what a "club" soda or "seltzer" was. First he brought my friend a Coke then he just brought her water. This was my second visit to Kaito. First visit was for dinner and they were busy so I think the food was better. The second time was for lunch and they weren't that busy. I'm sure I'll be back but I'll make sure it's for dinner ☺️"
"Had the spicy tuna poke bowl and it was great!!"
"Easily the best local sushi place. There's only really one other option and that place is terrible. The fish here is fresh and the chefs really know what they're doing."
"The salmon teriyaki with rice, broccoli and choice of soup or salad is consistently YUMMY! A convenient and satisfying plate of food, especially when waiting in the ER at NY Presbyterian Hospital in Bronxville, NY."
"During this quarantine my favorite sushi place closed temporarily, so i ordered take out from here instead. I was surprised it was a 30 min process to make the sushi, but i assumed is because they were doing everything fresh, since there seemed to be no orders in front of me. Finally sit down, to eat this order, and it was by far the worst shirmp tempura i ever had; a gas station type. The texture felt old and weirdly crunchy:like old cheese puffs. We also ordered sweet potato rolls, idk what this was but it wasn't sweet potato, and it too was tasteless. My last hope was the spicy crunchy tuna roll, that was neither crunchy nor spicy, but at least the tuna was fresh. It was meal, filled me up, no more than wendys would. And at least they had a good presentation. Thank you for the service, but will not be eating from here again."
