"This place is an embarrassment. I called ahead to make a reservation for my birthday dinner. We arrived and the host told me that they didn’t have any reservation under my name. I showed her my call history - no apology, no nothing. She told me it would be a 20 minute wait. Nobody offered us a drink while we waited, which should have been offered since it was completely their fault. About 40 minutes later, we were seated. The whole dinner took about three hours. Drinks took forever to come and I had to ask where the rest of the appetizers were after waiting even more. The place is busy and they don’t know how to manage it between take out and dine in. It’s quite a shame. I wanted to try somewhere new for my birthday but I left very disappointed. Nobody ever came to apologize, no free round, no nothing. Go across the street to Haiku and you’ll have a much nicer experience."
