"We were told they'd pick up for T&R for free. Now that they actually have to make good on that offer, they claim there's now a process to apply for potential "reimbursement." Before using this service for T&R, make sure you understand you *will* be required to pay for it. Which is fine, I'm sure this is not a cheap process and lacks state funding. However, that's not an excuse to mislead callers in hopes that they'll pay the surprise fee."

"Both of our dogs are seen by Dr. Bowers. I appreciate her honestly and being candid as one dog has chronic issues and one just crossed the rainbow bridge due to osteosarcoma. We loved our previous vet in AZ but moving to PA we were worried we wouldn’t find the same level of care as we have a breed that can be difficult and is relatively rare on the east coast. During our recent appt the staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful giving my kiddo snacks and water as we waited for our pups time to cross the rainbow bridge. Veterinary care is expensive but Dr.Bowers is conservative and walks you through several options. I know recently she worked with a test provider to reduce some routine test costs for patients which ended up saving us $100 one visit. Thank you for everything you do."
