"CVS is a disorganized pharmacy. I received notice my prescription was ready when it was not ready. There was a long line at pharmacy counter. It is inefficient."

"Horrible and rude service. I have had 2 prescriptions unavailable this month because of stocking issues. While I understand that supply chain issues have been a thing for the last few years, rolling your eyes at a customer who is trying to figure out how to obtain an important daily medication is not ok. I was also told not to bother calling around because the medication isn’t available from any manufacturer. Not true, I found it in one telephone call. If the location wasn’t so convenient I would move all my meds to a different pharmacy."

"Worst pharmacy ever. Unless you want to waste your time standing in line for an hour or on hold.for half a day on the telephone, ...don't bother with this location. Countless trips wasted only to be told my med wasn't ready. (AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS FROM.THE PHARMACY THAT IT WAS!). THENNNNNN. When I finally gave up after 4 days of trying to get a med fulfilled they say order has been canceled. Meanwhile on CVS PORTAL website says its been filled. Doctors office calls CVS several times to no avail. Doctor calls in med to another location but AHA. IT CANT BE FILLED BECAUSE ITS ALREADY BEEN 'FILLED' at the pharmacy in Wilton, which still four days later says they don't have order for it and are trying to call doctor about it. This place makes my head hurt. It should not take 4 days to get a medication order fulfilled and to be running around like some crack head. My experience with CVS has been nothing but bad. Moving on to another pharmacy! Stay SANE and HEALTHY. AVOID CVS in Wilton on Ridgefield road."

"I have a 0% success rate of any prescription being received by the pharmacy. Every single time I need to go there, wait on line to find our their system was down or something when the doctor put the request in and you need to call the doctors office to resend the prescription or get a copy of the request to hand to them. This has happened five times, maybe I'm just really unlucky but this is aggravating. You can't call because no one picks up so you have to drive there to find this out. Oh there's no service for Verizon at all so you have to leave the store to call because why wouldn't you. I had 100% success rate at the rite aid in Norwalk for the record, this is new to me."
