"Very helpful in the bakery dept. Was looking for gluten free baked goods."
"I’m a die hard big y shopper but this store has the nicest staff. I love the ability to place online orders for pickup and do that for any dry / canned goods."
"They just put the covid social distance nonsense back in. Push the evil agenda. I have no respect for this store."
"The fruit is always rotten or in the process. Curbside service should be band from this location. I order groceries for pickup excluding the fruits because of previous experience and I received expired bread and hamburger buns. I’m talking about mold already growing a day after purchase! Never again."
"First off, let me just say that I don't use the restroom that often at the grocery store, but the Ladies Room smelled like an outhouse. Whoever signed off on 5/11 apparently didn't clean the place. It actually looked like someone washed their hair due to all the long brunette hair in the handicap sink. Ewe! As for shopping, their flower shop has improved , but their bakery selections have gotten smaller. My suggestion is to head to Big Y in Ellington for those specialty desserts. Prices still remain on the high side, and they never run any dpecials for smaller quanity items. If you're an empty nester, you'll still have to purchase things in larger quantities. It's such a shame. They are missing out on a good marketing gimmick. Produce still is iffy at best. I hope the seasonal change will show an improvement and their produce won't go bad in a day."
