"If you’re looking for peace of mind and comfort knowing your pet is in good hands while you’re away, look no further! PCBA was amazing while we were on vacation. They sent pictures and videos several times a day and were great about making sure food, water, litter were not just taken care of but normal and free from signs of stress. They also made sure playtime was prioritized so we know our cat was never lonely! He was so fast to warm up to them and I felt relaxed knowing he wouldn’t miss us while we were gone! "As soon as we met Anna and Stephanie at our “greet and meet”, we felt completely at ease in leaving our 14 year old cat in their care, while we were going away for 8 days. A few months earlier, we tried to board our precious Sunny at our veterinarian’s for a few days. We had to pick him up earlier than anticipated because he was depressed and wouldn’t eat. We knew we could never leave him there again. To say that Anna and Stephanie are a breath of fresh air is an understatement.
