"If you’re looking for peace of mind and comfort knowing your pet is in good hands while you’re away, look no further! PCBA was amazing while we were on vacation. They sent pictures and videos several times a day and were great about making sure food, water, litter were not just taken care of but normal and free from signs of stress. They also made sure playtime was prioritized so we know our cat was never lonely! He was so fast to warm up to them and I felt relaxed knowing he wouldn’t miss us while we were gone! They also trimmed his nails which was so nice! I couldn’t recommend PCBA enough. I will definitely be using them again!"

"As soon as we met Anna and Stephanie at our “greet and meet”, we felt completely at ease in leaving our 14 year old cat in their care, while we were going away for 8 days. A few months earlier, we tried to board our precious Sunny at our veterinarian’s for a few days. We had to pick him up earlier than anticipated because he was depressed and wouldn’t eat. We knew we could never leave him there again. To say that Anna and Stephanie are a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Sunny, who has health issues and needs medication twice a day, was so happy under Stephanie’s care. This was so obvious with her daily texts, photos, and videos that she provided us. She visited our Sunny at home twice a day and developed a special bond with a cat who is shy and not receptive to everyone. "I don’t know what we’d do without PCBA! They are so amazing… In January of 2022, my pup Ella went missing under the care of a different dog walking/boarding company. Thankfully, my pup was found! I never thought I’d be able to trust anyone, ever again, to take care of my girl. However, I was due to give birth and needed someone to help me with daily walks and play time. "Initially I was a bit anxious about leaving my cats home by themselves for the first time. But I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome Stephanie and Anna are, and how comfortable they made me feel! They watched my 3 sibling cats, for 3 weeks, and sent me pictures and video updates every day. They reported back to me regarding their eating and litter habits as well.
