Dr. Nicholson was very knowledgeable and provided another diagnostic path for a chronic issue with my older girl that was not previously suggested. His calm, one step at a time, what’s best for the animal approach was refreshing. I felt he spent enough time with each cat to properly examine them. They were very accommodating and I was able to have the doctor assess the severity of the condition prior to the appointment via text message. The appointment went smoothly and the doctor fixed his teeth (and trimmed his nails, which was greatly appreciated!), explained what the issue was, and explained my options to prevent the issue going forward. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I didn’t feel rushed at any point, even though they were very busy at the time. This vet is lovely and my Guinea pig and I will be returning."
