"First of all the Ranch…..11/10…but we already knew that! The App is so seamless and I love how big and clear I’m greeted on the start up screen. Nothing like an easy quick and attractive interface when you’re ready to chow down, I love ordering online here because of it. Now as far as first impressions When I walked in, unfortunately the Coke machine was down and a few things were broken but hopefully they can get someone to fix up the this location given the strong future of potential. The workers though….love them. Home boy was saucing some boneless wings in the back and I was greeted by a very friendly young lady with a smile. She asked me if I was ordering or picking up and made sure I had everything I needed. Working in customer service my self, these are the things I look for when I arrive in establishments as such. The two workers that I happened to run into last night, keep up the great work. I will definitely be back again for sure!"

"i had recently placed an order at this location and when i came home and opened it. A part of my meal had been missing. I had called the store to see what to do about it. Now unfortunately i was not able to go back out. When I called, the person on the phone I had spoke to had asked if i could come back to get it i stated I was not able to. They processed to say “what you want me to do about it?” not even a refund was offered. I am now left speechless as a paying customer. I said i was not sure. I eventually hung up after being left with silence. As i type this i am left appalled and left with no chicken sandwich. To say i am upset is an understatement."

"Me and my friend came in here and when we ordered the host was super rude her name was serena. and then we waited more than 30 minutes for our food and it still wasn’t ready so I had to say something and they said they lost our ticket so they had to remake it and at this point I just wanted a refund for our food instead of them remaking it. they said they can’t do that cause there’s no manager but that’s not true cause the lady with the purple hair is the manager and she was the one talking to us and pretended she wasn’t the manager. So we finally got our food cause we couldn’t get a refund and when we got it there was barely any sauce on our wings. And not to mention the place was disgusting, tables were sticky, nothing to drink in the soda fountain besides Minute Maid, and the whole restaurant was smoky idk if it’s cause they’re hotboxing the place or cause they can’t cook but it was bad. Like rly rly bad. But not all wing stops are like this just this one is!!!"
