"This CVS Pharmacy, Treats me like Family, they are Knowledgeable and Just like Family, I Love 777 Main St, Hartford Ct"
"First, I was picking-up the prep kit for an upcoming colonoscopy. I was given two boxes and it wasn't until I got home that I realized each box contains a kit two doses one for the night before and the other for the morning of the procedure so the prescription was filled twice. I don't pay anything myself but I assume CVS billed my insurance for both kits.\n\nSecond, and this happens very frequently, despite my keeping the autofill option for each of my regular prescriptions turned off \"the pharmacy staff\" decides to refill them long before I need them. This time I accepted the prescription because it was only 15 days before I needed a refill but very often, without my consent, refills are made as many as 40 days before they are needed. I am sure the pharmacist is doing this. When he was recently on vacation it didn't happen. Even worse someone claiming to be calling from this CVS called me in July telling me I should get my flu vaccine in July or August because they would run out of vaccine before September. I was 73 years old at the time and the CDC had provided \"For most adults (particularly those aged β₯65 years) and pregnant persons in the first or second trimester, vaccination during July and August should be avoided unless there is concern that later vaccination might not be possible.\" Is CVS so poorly managed as to maintain that it was possible that they might run out of flu vaccine?"
