CVS Pharmacy

"I went to the minute clinic and was prescribed 2 prescriptions, went to my pharmacy and they only gave me one, they said they only received one so I called the minute clinic and was on hold for over an hour so I called the pharmacy, the lady was rude, not helpful and hung up on me. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain why I called and that I couldn’t reach anyone at the clinic then she got rude and said ‘you have nothing in your file I don’t know what you want there nothing I can do’ then hung up before I could reply. I think they need to have a conversation with their staff."

"The pharmacy filled a prescription quicky for me. I needed it asap and they were very kind."

"Favorite store by far. And no this isn't even my closest cvs. There are two closer to where I live, but always clean, the shelves are always full and stocked, and more importantly the staff are always so polite and friendly! So salute to this CVS store u deserve the praise."

"In my 73 years I have never run into such a bald-faced liar as I met at CVS this morning. This "pharmicist" told lie after lie after lie in an attempt to explain why she didn't have my script ready. 1)First she said she never got the call and offered to call the doctor. I pointed out that 2 other scripts called in at the same time were done. 2) Then she said no CVS within 20 miles had it. 3)Then she fraudulently claimed "they don't make it any more!" It happens to be new and readily available. 4)Then she said try other places. I CERTAINLY WILL. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. CURED ME OF GOING THERE. Oh, and the medication in question? Yeah, a migraine preventative. I can only wish the headache of the century on this woman, like the one I have now."
