"This last orthodontist appointment for my daughter was actually one of the best ones we've ever had. For once there was no wait, she did not have anything extensive needed done so it was quite short but the minute she walked in there, the nurses and/or the dental technician greeted her warmly, knew who she was and her entire history and while she was getting the spacers put in I was able to discuss with the girl at the desk the situation that we were in and that we had changed our minds on the plan of action that we'd like to follow for her rare condition. she was very receptive to everything I said took lots of notes and assured me that the doctor would read these notes before we go on Monday for another appointment and that she would be able to clarify exactly what Elizabeth would like done."
