"Absolutely the best vet I have ever been to. Specifically Dr. Ball. I rescued my cat Munchkin that had a few issues including something wrong with his eye that my previous vet barely looked at and just prescribed drops that made it worse. Dr. Ball found the issue (entropion)within literally a couple minutes and turned out to be something he needed surgery for. She gave me a very detailed estimate of the cost but never pushed me on getting it done, just let me know her recommendation. She did the surgery, his eye healed so well you could never tell he ever even had surgery.. She also has very good bedside manner. Munchkin is scared of strangers but she was so nice to him and took her time making him comfortable that he actually seemed to like her. I will never bring my cats to anoth er vet again and recommend her to everyone I know with cats. They are a little on the pricey side but the service you get is well worth it. Thank you Dr. BALL! Side note the office is also VERY quick about responding to emails you send which is another awesome thing about them!"
