"I had a good experience with everyone except the vet himself. He was forceful with my cat, and I didn't appreciate it at all. He took no time to introduce himself to the cat and did not finish cutting his nails. I will not be returning to this Vet Hospital."

"They were able to fit me in when my dog had a seizure earlier in the day. They diagnosed a bacterial infection and immediately gave medicine to treat it. The dr was informative without being condescending. Staff was pleasant and kind."

"Been going here for quite some time now. Usually don’t have an issue with them but my last time going there I was very upset. Neither the vet or the staff had informed me that treatment for the cherry eye is not guaranteed. Now everyone and other vets are telling me that if the surgery doesn’t work the first time it will not work at all. I got the first surgery done in December. The cherry eye came back a month after. Three weeks ago I brought my dog back. The dr said he’s “never seen this happen before” so I took a discounted price to have it redone again. Not only did they give me the wrong size cone and he ripped his stitches… which they fixed that for free… but now two weeks later and I can see the cherry eye coming back. He still has the larger cone on and it seems to just be getting worse. Almost $1000 I could have just flushed down the toilet."
