"Brought my 7 mo old rescue here, and the process couldn’t have been easier! I was able to book the procedure smoothly and quickly online, and the staff was super helpful with answering my questions beforehand. This clinic offers quality service at an affordable rate, and I’m so thankful. My kitty is healing wonderfully!"
"Terrible experience NOT low cost.. they lied about my dog being seasoned, they charged me 85$ to weigh her a difficulty fee made up.. 755$ for a 26 pound dog to be fixed. Be prepared to be over charged!!"
"I’m very disappointed in this place. I am low income so i was very happy to see that they offered a low cost rabbit spay. I’m very disappointed in myself that i chose this place. Obviously they aren’t rabbit savy. My rabbit was spayed here on Monday 11/13. I called before & made sure she would have pain meds to be taken home. I did add on the splash block for the incision site and was told this was sufficient enough. I also received no discharge paperwork on what to expect, what was done, if she needs to come back for suture removal, etc. i was handed my rabbit and emailed a receipt that was it. Also when i picked her up i asked about pain meds to be told oh no the splash block is enough. I also sent her with hay and some food and it wasn’t even touched. Long story short i came home, and after a few hours she still hadn’t settled she was trying to but couldn’t. She wasn’t eating, and if you know about rabbits they have to always be eating. It’s essential for their health. I rushed her to the emergency vet tonight, to be told she was in GI Stasis due to the pain and should’ve been given pain meds at take home. Do not recommend this place for rabbit spays. I can only say that the staff was nice."
"Just used these guys for the first time to neuter my 9.5mth old kitten. I was able to schedule online for the same week, and the entire experience was incredibly efficient and affordable. I'd been waiting to neuter him because I expected a hassle (I've never had to do it before, and other affordable places had long waits to get in, etc) and was surprised at how smoothly it all went. Doing everything online is great of course, but even dropping him off and picking him up was remarkably easy. I can't recommend them enough (for spay/neuter anyway)."
