"I was there 10 minutes ago and waited in line for 15 minutes. I got to the window (not realizing it was lunchtime and it was an issue with my prescription. She voided the order and told me to come back after lunch. I said I didn’t realize it was lunchtime and she rudely stated we have to go to lunch. Poor customer service,"

"Manager needs to staff the store and Pharmacy more adequately, so as to avoid the Pharmacist having to arbitrarily close the drive-thru window service for several days, thus denying service to patients who have run out of medicine, but don't want to expose vulnerable customers/staff inside the store to a person who may have a respiratory virus.\n\nPharmacy tech was helpful, but store manager (#1903) was not, and could not provide reasons for denying service, and didn't provide any alternatives; luckily the Pharm tech took it upon themselves to walk 3 feet to the window to finally deliver me my vital medicine, which took less than a minute. The Manager and Pharmacist claimed they were too busy to operate the window, but they had 20 minutes to give me various reasons why the window was \"inoperable\"."

"I inquired at the pharmacy about rapid antigen tests for COVID-19 and was told I could place an order but there would not be enough time to complete the insurance claim before the pharmacy closed that evening. The pharmacy's supply of test kits was depleted so the pharmacy tech walked with me to the front counter of the store and we looked through the various brands of tests until I found the one I wanted. He then took the test kits back to the pharmacy counter and processed the order while I waited, even though there were just a few minutes left before the pharmacy closed. I walked out with my test kits about fifteen minutes after I arrived in the CVS."
