"I went to pick my prescription. I was told to wait 15 min. 15 min after I was told to another 15 min. I left the store and came back a hour later, and still not ready. I had ask for supervisor to get my prescription. Wao!! Bad business!!"
"Time and time again I come to this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for my family. I have a busy schedule during the week so I try to get over quickly when I have a half hour window that allows me to do so. My prescriptions are never ready. I’m always told I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and I do not have the time to sit and wait… I try to call the pharmacy ahead of time and can never get anyone on the phone either so I do not have the chance to proactively get them filled before I arrive. I am told they are currently behind, however I can assure you this has been my experience every time I come in for a prescription for the better part of a year, if not longer. Their staff also lacks any empathy for the situation and most seem pretty unfriendly. Always a miserable experience trying to get scripts from here. I recommend going anywhere else if you can."
"Completely unprofessional staff everyone was fine aside from two loud girls being obnoxiously loud and rude to their fellow staff right in front of customers. Don’t have people in a team environment if you’re not going to be a team. Even when I asked if my prescription was done it still wasn’t DONE. Maybe these two white girls should stop goofing around and get prescriptions done. Management talk to your staff."
"The pharmacy at this location is, let me find the right word… TERRIBLE. I started to type out all the things that have been going wrong with the process of getting my SIMPLE (very common cream) prescription filled here,but it’s too much. I’m new to this location. I’ve been here for 45 minutes now and I keep seeing people after people coming up to the counter and something is wrong with their prescription… not ready for one reason or another. After I pick up my meds im switching out of the CVS system. That’s how bad this has been."
"Worst pharmacy experience I have EVER had! I was in a car accident and fractured my sternum and three ribs. My doctor prescribed pain medication for me in lieu of the pain meds I’m currently on due to an existing injury. The pharmacist, with her “God complex” refused to fill it. I attempted to call prior to going in but was left on hold for over 30 minutes - NO ONE picked up the phone to even acknowledge me! So, in pain, I went in to the pharmacy and stood at the counter for 15 minutes not being acknowledged by staff even though there were plenty of people there who could have simply said “someone will be with you shortly”. As I stood there waiting I could hear the phone announcing “four calls on hold for pharmacy” with no one attempting to answer them - this explains my 30 minute wait on the phone before I got frustrated and hung up (I guess this is their M.O.). When they finally DID acknowledge me I was originally told they could only fill 7 days of the prescription (which was fine). Then the rude pharmacist says she needs to speak with my doctor first. At this point it is now after 4 p.m. and my doctor has gone home for the day. If they had acknowledged my phone call when I originally called or if they had acknowledged my presence upon my arrival perhaps my doctor would have been available. After this debacle she then says she’s not going to fill it at all! Why, because I called her out on her incompetence? She said my two medications couldn’t be mixed, which - 1, they weren’t going to be, and 2 - if this were the case why did they give it to me in the hospital? I left in more pain and distress than when I arrived. I called my doctor the next morning and had her call the pharmacy to ensure I wouldn’t have this problem again. After hearing from my doctor’s office that they spoke to the pharmacist (a different on from the day prior), I called and after a 15 minute wait was told they DID speak to my doctor and I could come in and pick up my prescription. What a terrible experience! I don’t recommend this CVS to anyone!"
