"Properly staff places and teach people proper customer service. Teach them how to speak with customers without being rude even if they are short staffed. Fill scripts as they come in and don't push aside ones in system for new incoming. I shouldn't have had to come back three times to get scripts filled."

"They don't do their job. Be ready to work for the pharmacy when you use this location. Only thing they can do that I can't is actually fill the prescription. Otherwise, i do the leg work. So time consuming when I do that on top of my job and for them, it's their job."
