Dr. Kalba is so wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, responsive and also understanding of cost implications for extra care. The support staff is also extremely competent and caring and helpful. I have never had any problems making appointments, getting medicines, etc. I honestly can’t say enough praise for the vets and support staff. The only less than wonderful care was when we had an ultrasound performed on our dog. The visiting doctor who performed the ultrasound and spoke with me afterwards about the results was just a bit dispassionate and perfunctory with his conversation about my dog’s health problems. He was certainly skilled and knowledgeable. I guess I’m just used to the warm and comforting and compassionate care and conversation I get from Dr. Kalba and the rest of the staff."
