"My daughter just turned 18 and we have been going to Dr Pericat at Simsbury Pediatrics since my daughter was born. We have had wonderful care and never had a problem getting an appointment, never had a billing issue and have never felt rushed. Having been through all the stages of childhood, all the tests and vaccinations, and a few urgent issues, I recommend them most highly and Dr Pericat is a wonderful doctor and truly caring person."

"Impossible to get an appointment for a sick visit. Billing problems too as others have said, with multiple calls about one particular charge that no one could explain. Very annoying to call the “call center” for appointments instead of speaking to an actual person in the office. Ended up leaving for another pediatrician in the area about a month ago and am much happier."

"I would like to echo the other comment of NEVER being able to get in to the office. I have also had to go to Urgent Care. Since the group has been under a new company our experience has deteriorated. I plan to leave the office."
