"Ok, so I need to share a secret... Growing up, there was a place in my town that reminded me of East and I brought that negative impression to Great Barrington with me. Trouble is, the restaurant I grew up near was NOTHING like this place and I'm so glad it isn't. We LOVE East! The staff is welcoming, comic and very knowledgeable about their menu. The food is authentic and extremely good! Make sure to stop in next time you are in the Berkshires, you won't be disappointed!"

"The vegetable Lo mein from here is so good that sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it. Seriously, big fan. The broccoli is cooked perfectly and the noddles are amazing. Service is also good, fast, and the atmosphere is nice. Restaurant is very clean and has never been too busy when I’ve gone. The fortune cookies are usually stale but that’s the only downside I’ve ever noted so far."

"Average Asian restaurant. Some Tide dishes some Japanese dishes and some traditional Chinese dishes. The food was good. I wouldn't say great it was good. They also had some specialty cocktail drinks that were nice. The wait staff was good and a pleasure to deal with."
