"I want to share my experience of visiting Dr. Pallavi Chellur, who was recommended to me as a good dentist, but my experience suggests the opposite. I went for an examination and wanted to have a wisdom tooth removed. During the procedure, I had doubts about whether she was removing the right tooth. I even asked her about it, and she confirmed it was the wisdom tooth. Why did I have these doubts? Because it felt like she was breaking another tooth, but I dismissed the sensation due to the anesthesia. The extraction went well, but the pain afterward extended throughout my jaw on that side and didn't improve after one, two, or even three weeks. What's more, it was getting worse. After consulting another dentist and getting an X-ray, my suspicions were confirmed. Dr. Chellur had chipped off half of a healthy tooth next to the wisdom tooth during the extraction. Now, what was once a healthy tooth requires restoration and augmentation. So, my $250 visit for wisdom tooth removal turned into thousands of dollars in expenses to fix my previously healthy tooth. I visited Dr. Chellur 2-3 times after the wisdom tooth extraction, and during none of those visits did she mention what she had done despite seeing my mouth and the adjacent tooth. Moreover, she tried to deflect responsibility when I confronted her about it. Later, she suggested placing a filling on the broken tooth, which I declined. Anyone with even a basic understanding of my situation would know that a filling wouldn't solve the problem. And now I don’t even know what to do. Thank you for ruining my tooth. I do not recommend this dentist."

"This is the best dentist experience I've had! I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Chellur was amazing! She is so friendly, carefully explained the process, and answered any questions I had. She did the X-ray and the extraction in her office. She made sure I was comfortable and properly numbed and I barely felt anything at all when she removed my tooth. She is very skilled and gentle. The receptionist is very friendly as well. I was in and out within 45 minutes. HIGHLY recommend."
