"The rooms were doable but the service is a hot or miss. Sometimes I get a good guy or sometimes I don't but after time to check out they call and get extremely mad even when I was leaving already . 5 minutes late too. So honestly my review won't change because of the guy who was at the desk. Some older guy"

"The front desk father/son duo were talking to each other in their language without acknowledging us when we came to check. We had already booked online and all we needed was a key. They don't have a bathroom in the ofc... so WE HAD TO WAIT TO GET A ROOM KEY! WHICH WAS PAINSTAKINGLY A LONG WAIT! WE HAD TO SAY CANCEL THE ROOM BC I COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER FOR THEM TO FINISH THE CONVERSATION. AND CLEARLY IF WE BOOKED ONLINE IT SHOULD ALREADY BE IN THE SYSTEM! I WAS WALKING TO THE DOOR SAYING I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER SECOND FOR A BATHROOM... & CLEARLY YOU CAN'T JUST LOOK ON COMPUTER TO GIVE US THE KEY TO A ROOM... SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE AND FIND A BATHROOM AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT...AND ILL GET A DIFFERENT HOTEL RM! Even though that got him to finally stop talking to his father... but the process of looking at the reservation online, give us a key, and sarcastically take a few more minutes.... I literally had to grab the key and run up a flight of stairs... down a hallway...to the room! It's NOT a hotel you want to go to to relax after traveling or to get rest and peace! It's higher priced than a few nicer hotels in the area... and most aren't that great !"

"This place should only be charging $50 per night not $150. I will say the staff if very nice and accommodating, which is why I’m giving them 5 stars. But the actual hotel needs some serious upgrades. The comforter had burn holes in them from cigarettes, the one corner of the room smelled like moldy food and the cover for the shower knob popped off."

"It’s clean no rugs on the floor , ppl live here. Staff was nice, book early in the morning prices go up in the evening"

"A lady friend of my and myself, checked in to the hotel making reservations online already made everything kinda smooth running. Arrived 8:45pm filled out a quick emergency card and gave my license. Done. At the same time they further more accommodated us with a room on the ground floor."
