"In the beginning everything was good, just when the management was presented with a situation that required making a humane good hearted sound soul decision, they proved that they are just as cold hearted and no empathetic having people like the rest. We stayed for 5 consecutive nights. Paid fully on time each night. The 6th night we were having a bank issue, so we explained the situation and told a time we can pay the whole amount which they then accepted. We ended up only having $93 at the time scheduled. It was cold and windy like no night before and we had our kitten with us so we politely asked to be let in our room and wait comfortably inside til we acquired the remaining funds which would be very soon. We were told higher management made specific notes regarding us and our room stating that we are to be locked out until the remaining amount was settled. When told briefly about my medical condition and why it was somewhat important for us to be let in the room to not just lay down but take certain medications and bring our kitten inside to use litter box because he was crying Immediately I'm told no there's nothing they can do to change the note from management but they would try an call personally and ask if things could be changed. The phone call was only getting told exactly what the note has written and no exceptions the employee didn't even try to explain situation or anything. We eventuality paid the remainder just to speed the situation up but was sadly shown that they are careless cold hearted and have no empathy especially after we just spent all that money with them i think it's safe to say that they will not have our business after this."
"I am not giving any stars because the people who work and accommodate you are going above and beyond the material, cosmetic, and brown pipe bathing water and some staffing communication that is usually resolved quickly upon the property manager Rhiannon Forces' knowledge, who is a quiet storm when it comes to the business and satisfying the costumer and listening to the concerns with proper responses provided. She is a force to b reckoned with and has empathy towards others and assists them with the resources they may need, even if the hotel doesn't provide them. She personalizes with the renters and there is no where I would want to stay when I come back or send my eldest daughter and friends there. The ramble of appreciation is the truth and experiences are too many to discuss. Contacting Ms "Rhiannon Force"has been easy and the escalations provided to customer booking she spent time to ensure customer satisfaction...suffice it to say that kind of assistance and service is what you want and it "overshadows" as I told her personally all the other minor concerns. Tku."
"I don't usually leave reviews but if it can save someone else from my experience i will. I am not picky or anything and could care less if rooms are outdated. The one thing i do expect is a clean room. The room i got here was filthy. The floor was part carpet part tile and you could see the dirt and marks through the dirt. We didn't even take our shoes off. The chair had stuff all over it and luckily we had our own bedding so we stripped the bed before we slept. I dont know about the breakfast because after seeing the rooms i just couldn't"
"Went here because of lower price. Room wasn't available until after 5, stayed 2 nights.. after first didn't even get clean towels. Had to go to office to get towels. Rooms are small but were fairly clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy."
"Our room was very small. But clean and most everything worked. Surprisingly quiet, very little road noise and couldn't hear our neighbors open and closing doors. Room was too small for both of us to have space to put our weekend bags out where we could get at them. Electric outlets were nearly nonexistent. To plug in phone chargers, et al, by the bed, we had to unplug the clock to use the only outlet. The fridge chilled our soda. But we had to keep unplugging the microwave or coffee maker to use one or the other. There were no outlets near the desk at all. Parking spaces were nearly wide enough to park your 10-speed bike. Anything larger than a subcompact wouldn't allow you to open your doors if there was a car next to you. Wyndham has given up on servicing your room. Asking for towels and toilet paper at the desk proved challenging to the morning staff. Price was competitive with the low-end chains in the neighborhood. This property is OK for someone just spending the night before moving on, too small to spend a weekend. And, why, oh why must the there be a blaring TV in the lobby and a competing blaring TV in the breakfast area?"
