"I had a dental implant that started more then 2 years ago. The wait time in the office with Dr Habib was typically 1-2 hours for a 10 minute procedure. They have tried twice to implant a front tooth. Both failed within 30 days resulting in roughly 8 months between the next attempt. I still have a missing front tooth. I will never go back to them and I would strongly recommend not using them. They have never attempted to refund any of the wasted money I paid them."

"The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude , she has no manners as she was smacking her checks with gum in a disgusting way , she never looked me in the eyes while talking to me as if I was a piece of furniture in front of her , the prices are very high and they trick you with fees when you go for the consultation , don’t believe what they advertise for ."

"I had implant done one month ago,I went there thinking I would be there for 5 hours hours because there were 33 people in one hour ,after reading the reviews and I talked to some people that said they waited 7 hours there before ,well it was a surprise for me because the dentist saw me after 30mjn that I arrived ,the implant took 30min and after two weeks I returned for a follow up and the dentist was late just 40min and the followed last 5min.Now in February I will put the crown,so far so good. I didn’t need bone grafting because I had done 8months ago with another dentist then maybe who took hours there waiting they might had bone grafting done"

"My mother had an appointment for 6:00 pm. One hour later and still in the waiting room. The waiting room is packed with people (more than seats allow). Over-booking is just a horrible business practice. Not to these people, they don't seem to care about "my" time being important to me... especially on a Sunday. First impressions are everything."
