"Dr. Sonic is the best at implant surgery. I was very pleased with the care I received the first time I had an implant. Therefore, when I fractured my front tooth, I knew I wanted Dr.Sonic and his very capable staff in charge of my care. Nothing was left to chance. Dr. Sonick communicates with my Dentist and presents the plan of care and I get a Copy of this notes, as well. It is expensive, but I get great care and The procedure is done right with no complications. I highly recommend this practice. "Nice office, nice Dr and staff, overall a good experienced. I heard from others that this practice was good, and after Dr Ma performed my initial oral surgery I had high hopes of a successful treatment. However, my implant and bone graft on one side did not take. Dr Ma assured me he will work to correct this issue despite it setting my treatment back some seven months. He prescribed me antibiotics after removing the original implant and cleaning up the infection. I’m aware these things can happen, and I am pleased that Dr Ma has assured me he will work to get my treatment finalized. My opinion of this practice has not changed despite the setback that has left me a bit disappointed in the timescale to get my procedures completed. As always all the staff are excellent and Dr Ma is the complete gentleman in his chair side manner. My most recent visit to Dr Ma was for a CT scan to ascertain the progress with my replacement bone graft which was done as part of his promise to put my failed bone graft right. Thankfully it all looks good so far and on track for my implant in January 2024. This will be hopefully the final stage of my Oral surgery. I appreciate there will still be a waiting time after the implant before the final introduction of my lower plate anchor points. As always Dr Ma was very reassuring, and as always was the complete gentleman in his determination to bring my treatments to a conclusion. The staff are as always thorough and pleasant on dealing with my case arrangements. Despite still being somewhat disappointed in the timescale of my treatments, I’m completely satisfied that it will soon be just a past memory, and I can go on enjoying the benefits of having a new smile that everyone has said “ Takes years off my appearance”"
